Our Vision

To transform Africa’s rural communities into sustainable urban cities – rooted in culture, balanced with nature, and equipped with modern infrastructure that improves quality of life, reduces rural-to-urban migration, and drives inclusive economic growth.

Our goal is to convert at least 100 rural communities into Sustainable Urban Cities across Africa by 2040, setting a new benchmark for equitable development on the continent.

Founded and headquartered in Enugu, Nigeria. Afrikcity is pioneering what we call “In-Situ Urbanization”, a development approach that brings innovation and opportunity to rural areas without uprooting their identity. We believe no African should have to leave their hometown to find a better life. We also believe that nature and cultural identity should not be affected aas a result of Urbanisation. We are also an education focused company, because we believe that Education is the Foundation of Transformation and Development hence our Motto, We build Africa by building Africans.
